It’s almost time to grab your dancing shoes and get ready for the best disco in town!!  Here is some information that will help ensure you have a fantastic evening with us at the 2010 Car 79 Ball.

Tickets will be posted to guests two weeks prior to the event.

Payment is required by no later than 30 July 2010. Payment can be by cheque (to Gemmill Homes), credit card or bank transfer. Call Julia at Gemmill Homes 9263 4444

Accommodation: The Hyatt has special accommodation rates for guests for $170 per room. Call reservations on 13 1234 and quote promotional code BQST*.

Suit Hire: Car 79 Ball guests will receive discount suit hire at: Brittons Formalwear Perth: 618 Hay Street Mall or Joondalup 10/21 Joondalup Dv, Edgewater (opp Bunnings) 9301 1744 and Penguins Suit Hire, at 981 Hay St, Perth

Auction: There will be a Silent and Main Auction on the evening. Cash, cheques, Eftpos & credit card facilities will be available for purchases. Should you require a copy of the Main Auction items prior to the event, please email sarah@ghgroup.com.au

Parking: Discounted parking passes ($10) are available for guests from the banquet staff on the evening.

Don’t forget to bring cash (especially for the raffle), your credit cards…. And your dancing shoes!
